This Agreement (“Terms”) governs your purchase of any Neuromath product, programme, or service (“Programme”), whether digital or physical. By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms below.
1.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
1.2 You authorise Neuromath Academy Pte Ltd (“Neuromath”) to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount.
1.3 Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
2.1 All purchases are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
-Change of mind
-Child disinterest
-Duplicate purchases
Misunderstanding of programme content or structure
2.2 In rare situations (e.g. fulfilment errors), Neuromath may, at its sole discretion, offer partial credits or replacement materials — subject to management approval.
3.1 Programme access (digital or physical) may take 3–5 working days to be processed after purchase.
3.2 Physical kits are couriered via third-party services; Neuromath is not liable for courier delays once items are dispatched.
3.3 If you do not receive access or fulfilment materials within 7 working days, you must contact support at [email protected]
4.1 Purchased materials are for individual, non-commercial use only.
4.2 You may not:
-Share login credentials or content publicly
-Resell, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the programme
-Use Neuromath materials for teaching outside your own household
4.3 Breach of these terms may result in revoked access without refund and legal follow-up.
5.1 All programme content is owned by Neuromath — including videos, workbooks, logic cards, training sequences, lesson formats, and teaching methods.
5.2 By purchasing, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material strictly for personal learning purposes.
6.1 Neuromath provides self-paced learning tools and does not guarantee live teaching, marking services, or teacher check-ins unless explicitly stated.
6.2 Continued access to future phases or advanced content is not automatic and may require reapplication, invitation, or additional payment.
6.3 By enrolling, you acknowledge that progress depends on your family’s effort, schedule, and usage of provided materials.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
7.1 Neuromath makes no guarantees about academic results, DSA success, or entry into any school or class.
7.2 We do not diagnose learning issues or provide therapy.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the purchase amount paid in the past 12 months.
7.4 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8.1 Neuromath reserves the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue any programme, offering, or feature at any time.
8.2 Such changes do not entitle the Purchaser to refunds or credits.
9.1 Neuromath reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach any part of these Terms.
9.2 Access may also be revoked if content misuse, account sharing, or brand misrepresentation is detected.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest will remain fully enforceable.
Your licence to use Neuromath content is non-transferable.
You may not assign it to another person or entity.
These Terms, together with any product-specific terms displayed at checkout, constitute the full agreement between you and Neuromath.
In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.
